We have a user who's BlackBerry device is only receiving the header of e-mails. Strangely, the user is able to send e-mails from the device, all of which appear in sent items on the desktop (Lotus Notes) and device.
We have ruled out the following:
A filter in BlackBerry Desktop Manager is set to forward just the header of messages.
The computer drive, where the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Software is installed, is full.
Certain encryption settings are configured in the BlackBerry device user's Lotus Notes client.
We have also delted/re-added the user from the bes, and delted/re-sent service books.
The BES (4.1) we administer currently has 500+ users, this is the only user effected.
