Default Procedure for Switching Devices?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm currently using a BB Pearl and am going back to an 8700g.

Since it's been a while since I last switched, can you offer any tips as far as procedure?

If I'm correct I recall that I have to first back-up my Pearl, then insert my sim card into the 8700g, then change my IMEI/PIN numbers on my account, and then sync. Am I close?

Thanks in advance!
KC

Ahh, forgot about that Switch Device Wizard! I'll have to check it out on Tuesday when my 8700g arrives.

Thanks to everyone so far for your advice!
