I've been having a challenge with my desktop manager. My device is plugged in, it shows as connected. The sync just completed, now I want to be able to access the application loader but it will not open. None of the icons in the row: application loader, backup and restore, media manager........ are active. They won't open.
I've tried opening and closing the program, disconnecting and reconnecting my device......any ideas what is wrong and what my next step should be???

What version of Desktop Manager are you running. What OS is on your PC?

I've since gone in and found a later release and downloaded that. Even still, with the older version it should not just stop working. Seems to be ok now....just one of those odd frustrating things.
