occasional emails i read on my BB have images but are not loaded and linktafied to view the image

is there a preference change or an application i can download to enhance my email viewing to expand the viewable content to images and text

Sorry, but there's nothing you can do about this.
The Blackberry device does not support HTML emails (yet). Only text e-mails.

Empower Mail Viewer from www.getEmpower.com allows u to view html format email, with links, images etc. you can give it a go.
