I mangage a fleet of blackberry's. We recnetly had an employee leave and that "Pearl" was wiped and whatnot. I have since re-issued the wiped device to a new employee. When she calls out to ppl using it the name of the previous user comes up on the other person's caller ID. I would sa that this is an issue on the recieving end but since this new user said her mother's call id stated the previous users name in caller id, i think it is an issue with the unit itself. The new users mother has never known the previous user so for his name to appear on her caller id is strange. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

call the carrier and have the caller id name changed.
