Default How to set up Redirector? What's wrong?

Please Login to Remove!

Blackberry 7230
My RIM desktop is 4.0.1.10 (or 4.0.0.33)
My BB is 4.0.0.185
No BES No BWC

(1.1) While I reinstall RIM desktop, select method "By BES or Redirector" so that Redirector icon appear in Desktop Management.
(2.1) In Redirector setting, set profile for my email account of MS exchange.
(2.2) In advance tab, fill in address of email in above(2.1).
(2.3) In Filter tab, set role of filter
(3.1) Start up BB Desktop Redirector and can view filter is working. In field "Pending to handheld", display 2 which 2 emails is waiting for transfer.
(4.1) Open "Configure reconciliation" of Intellisync,
At Folder content synchroization, select Sync moves and deletes
At Wireless message reconciliation, display BES don't support it
At Personal Folder, select one
(4.2) Click "Reconcile message" and sync now
(5.1) In Folder of Blackberry handheld, folder structure of index and personal folder have been created, same as actual one. But no any email.

My question is why no any email sync to BB? Any thing I miss? Do redirector need BES or BWC support

Thx for replay. Yes, I'm using outlook as email client of my corp account.
Major doubt is whether Redirector work MUST with BES/BWC. Because local carrier haven't provided BB service, I hope to sync important email into BB through data cable.

E-Mail NEVER syncs through data cable. If your local carrier does not provide BB service, you will not get e-mail. Redirector forwards e-mail from Exchange to RIM to your wireless carrier. No wireless carrier, no mail.

I have the BB Data plan but my emails aren't redirecting. I see 7 pending but they don't come over to my blackberry. I'm using exchange and I have the latest version of the software. Any ideas?
