Default MDS Push verification

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to verify that a push went through correctly? I've created a web app which does a channel push, and it works great on my blackberry, but our other users aren't receiving the push.

Okay, I've got some more information now. Apparently the push is working correctly, but the icon isn't showing up on the ribbon. The user has to open up the blackberry browser and expand the folder "Browser Channels". After having done so (even if they don't actually browse to the page) the icon will appear.

Does anyone know how to get the icon to appear without having to do this?
