Default Can't send a PIN anymore??

Please Login to Remove!

So I was going to PIN a buddy of mine yesterday, and the option to send a PIN is not longer in my BB! Can being on a BES actually eliminate PIN messaging if provisioned accordingly? (Funny thing is that I can receive PIN's, but can't send.)

Yes they can, via IT policies, block PIN-PIN messages.

You might have accidentally erased the PIN field in the addy book as well...

I guess my follow-up question would be: can I somehow re-enable PIN-to-PIN messaging on my BB7290, or would this have to be done by the BES administrator?

If PIN-PIN is being disbled by IT policy, only your BES admin can re-enable it.
