I am a new BB user and was just wondering if you could use a different email appliaction other than what comes on the device. For example, can I download outlook onto my BB? Any that you would recommend? The way I receive it now does not provide me the options that I would like, espcecially with organization. Thanks

You can't download Outlook to your BlackBerry. Check out EMailViewer by Reqwireless at http://www.reqwireless.com/emailviewer.html - maybe it will do what you want.
