Hi Guys

i need help with a problem on a specific 7290 device. When making a phone call, a message appears saying "Authorization failed". it is strange because I can receive calls, email and anything else. When I put the sim card into a normal cell phone, I can make a call.

Any ideas?

Hmmmm, sounds like you need to give your carrier a call. That would probley be the best solution.

Well, I can make calls using a normal cell phone. i dont think its the carrier.

Yes, I understand that. If its a problem with the BB, thats why you would need to call them and talk with their support. They can trouble shoot the problem. Call them on a regular phone and get the support on the phone and they will probley have you try and make a call on the BB etc.

Is the handheld for your carrier? If not, it's quite possible that the carrier is not allowing that type of device.
