Exclamation Neophyte here Blackberry/Exchange/Outlook Help Needed

Please Login to Remove!

We have just installed Windows 2000 Server and Exchange Server. 3 of our users have Blackberrys (7510). They all use Outlook 2000 as their PIMs. Until I set them up with public folder access on Exchange they could easily synchronize their Outlook info with their Blackberrys. (They do not use them for mail, just contacts, calendar, etc.) Now one of them (the only one who really uses the PIM functions on his Blackberry) is not seeing new contacts entered into Outlook synchronized to his Blackberry.

I am a complete dummy about all of this stuff and it has been dropped into my lap to figure out why this is happening. I hope there is a patient person out there who can help me with this.

Thanks!

Jerue

Default

does the user in fact have contacts in his outlook? if so, you could have corruption with a personal folder. this has happened many times to us.. sometimes it requires that you delete the RIM folder in his profile and resync.
