Exclamation Blackberry 7750 (Verizon) MDS question

Hi Everyone,
I have a BB user who switched from an AWS bb to a Verizon 7750 bb.

The 7750 bb was used by a prior employee and had the MDS browser supplied by the BES server. The AWS bb also had this feature.

When I swapped the AWS bb to the Verizon bb, MDS was still enabled on the user, but the icon on the device disappeared and when you click on browser under options it says "empty".

This could be a bes question also. ??

Anyone have any thoughts as to why the icon went away and now she can not get out to the internet? Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I have disabled and then re-abled the MDS on the server and had her synch with out any luck :(
