I've waited patiently while the new software downloads
for ver 4.0.

After successfully (I think) getting the executable...
my computer reports.."not a win32 application"
when I try to run.

I've done many a download.....this is new.
Particularly sad after 21 meg come down a twisted pair.

Is there a fix for this problem? I am quite lost as I owned a blackberry long before the computer. I have no idea what to do. hoping for some BB forum help!

What exactly is it you are downloading? What is the file name?
