Default Synch not working

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 7780 and while it was synchronizing, I received a call so I took it out of the cradel and now it won't synch up again. Whenever I put it back in the cradle it shows it as working an online but none of the 4 options are available (application loader, back-up and restore, Intellisynch, and redirector settings) I've tried reloading the desktop software but that didn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas?
