Default nextel screwed up, but took care

So nextel screwed up, i bought a blackberry on the 11th didnt get activated till the 15th.. was supose to be activated originally on the 11th at midnight no such luck was on the phone for about an hour on the 12th and theey said then midnight it will be good to go so i let it go untill the 14th then i was pissed went to an actually nextel owned retail/repair center and they said they got it and it would be on at midnight and if not come back the next day well midnight came and gone no blackberry so i went back today and they got it there in the store, so i called nextel corporate care and told them how i was very upset with how long it took and how there people didnt seem to know what to do with BB so they turned me over to a supervisor who had to put me on hold while they looked over my account and all the remarks where it said what all they where doing and that it really has been since the 11th i've been trying to get it activated. after that they said they would "call me back" so i figured that would be as far as i got. some guy called back named Rick dont remmber the last name appoligising about how bad nextel service was getting me going and said that there would be no charge for the unlimited BB plan i signed up for untill the 2nd month so i got a month free and then he upgraded me nextel national 1000 plan to 1460anytime minutes along with free incomming calls for as long as i keep the contract. i figured that was one hell of a deal and that nextel does compensate when it is nessisory and they have just got themself a long term customer, i'm in the process now signing up the rest of the guys at our small business up for them. so not only did they make things right, they got themself 13more BB contracts out of it.

You better check your acct. Free Incoming is not an option with National 1000 plan.

In my experience with Nextel, they always make things right. I had a minor billing problem shortly after switching to them and they fixed it in no time. And gave me 60 bonus minutes for almost a year to boot!

Yes in the few instances one being last month a I made some changes to my account well the billed me prorata for those services well something went arye in there computer and they pro rated me on several of my existing things as well I called em up poof instand credit and a month free of that particular service.
