I am not able to get personal distribution lists from Outlook to synch to my Blackberry.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

PDL's don't sync to the BB. You need to recreate them on the device itself, using 'Groups' (go into Address Book, click trackwheel, click New Group). You are limited to adding members from the Address Book.

Is there some reasoning behind this? It syncs the personal contacts WHY not the DL's WHY!?

I am with Mcduff in a lack of understanding. I have a number of PDL's set up and this seems to be a pain to have to do this in 2 places.
