Default Bluetooth desktop connection

Please Login to Remove!

I have successfully paired my BB 8830 with my XP SP2 desktop. However, when I try to configure bluetooth connection in the BB Device Manager, it doesn't find the phone. It appears to 'search' for a while with the flashlight, but then nothing.

I did some searching and it appears that there are a couple BES options which may disable this feature, but my BES Admin says those options are not configured.

Any other ideas?
