Default Disable radio when in cradle?

Please Login to Remove!

In my BES, I have the option (in IT Policy) to disable the radio when cradled. Is there any way to do this outside of BES IT Policy? Can any individual user set this? I've searched the forums and the manuals with no luck whatsoever. Thanks!

Default

With Desktop Manager, you can stop the disable the forwarding of e-mail when the device is cradled, which is not quite the same as disabling the radio (phone calls and SMS will still come in, just no BES e-mail).

If you are on BES 4.0 and Handheld 4.0, I believe that option can be set on the device.
