Default Phone Dialing - Hot Keys

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to assign a phone number to a key similar to how the 1 key calls the voicemail on a Blackberry 7280? I would like to be able to assign my most common numbers to the other 9 number keys.

Thanks

Yes - you just need to setup speed dials. What Blackberry do you own? It's different on different models.

Default software upgrade

We are running version 3.7.0.76 on the 7280 device. Where can I get the upgrade? I went to the Blackberry web site but I do not see a place to download it.

If you have Home Screen Dialing enabled just press and hold any character and it will ask you to assign a speed dial to it.

I just noticed though... anyone else ever seen the versions of BB handheld and desktop software with IM+ on there?

Try that link...

That link states that it is only for Cingular users, we use AT&T. Will that matter?

Cingular, AT&T, Rogers and T-Mobile versions of BlackBerryOS are interchangeable, just make sure you download for the correct series BlackBerry.

Default upgrade

If I load the upgrade onto my 7280 device will I have to reinstall the third party applications I have loaded? What about things like settings and address books?
