Hi!, I have a great problem!!, my BB 8700g only flashing red led, no responding to commands, no boot, no conect to PC via USB, what happen? how to solve this problem? some body can help me pls?

Dear, I have try several times with the JL_Cmder, but my PC doesn't recognize the port USB that the device should use, it is as if it didn't connect the bb to the PC, is correct?

same thing; exactly that it is the problem, the PC it doesn't recognize the BB when I connect it via USB, then the programms (loaders) not see the USB port in order to establish connection.... Some other thing to make?

good luck again. its sad to hear a BB is being send to the boneyard

Regrettably anything of this no works, all the procedures are similar, all they depend that the PC sees to the device USB in line, some more?

Have you tried deleting the handheld OS and desktop manager from the PC, remove the BB from Deivce Manager on the PC and start fresh with recognition, ect....?

Just a thought.... have you tried using a different USB cable and a different USB port on the computer?

Yes!!, I have tried using different USB cable and port on PC, us need more data:
BB 8700g
Flashing led red when connect batery and some times USB Cable
Display always remains black
