So, I have a blackberry that I received from work (I am a BES admin). In the process of trying to help someone setup a personal email account on their BB, I set my own up on mine.

The only problem is that now I'm leaving and I can't get the account off! If I created a BIS account (which apparently I must have) I can't for the life of me remember what it is. Because the BB belongs to the company and not to me I can't call at&t for support without it turning into a huge mess.

Is there anyway I can remove this easily? I must be missing something.

You must call the provider's tech support - they will remove it for you

Oh - I see in your message - - have the person who owns the account call and wipe it out or else the person receiving your used blackberry will get your email.

sorry - so many posts - you can logon to the providers bb site and ask them to send you the password (it will be sent on to your unit)
