Smile Stop Messages from 5pm to 9am? HELP

Hi - I am trying to get some normality back to my life, and at least not wake up at 7am, reach over to my blackberry and start reading messages.

Every time that little red light flashes, I just have to pick it up and read whatever mail comes in.

Is there a way I can ask the blackberry to only deliver emails between certain hours? I would like to only get emails from 9 in the morning to 6pm.

You could have your phone auto turn on off then back on at those times

Or manually change your profile to one that doesn't have email alerts if you need the phone portion (and possibly the data for browser/apps). The push email isn't designed to be turned off and on.

I just leave my work BB in another room but I have two BB's (the other is personal) so it's not a suitable approach for everyone...
