Unhappy Outlook Emails delivered to PST

Please Login to Remove!

Can I have Outlook Emails delivered to a PST and still have the Blackberry working?

The problem is when it's set to deliver to PST and the user sync his Blackberry with the desktop manager, then he cannot send out any messages. Messages being sent would have a red cross beside them and the message status says "Transaction Error - Bad format".

So I know about deleting and resending the service books of "Desktop [....]". But it only works if we set the default delivery location to users' Exchange mailbox instead of a PST.

I just want to know if delivering Email to PST can work with Blackberry.
Thanks for any clues about this

Not with BES. Email, or any content that goes to a PST "disappears" as far as the BES is concerned. It cannot access a PST since they're locally stored on the user's PC and the PST may or may not be available.
