I have a customer that I setup Enterprise Server for. When he opens up an email on his blackberry, it flags the email as read in outlook on exchange. He does not want this to happen. He only uses his blackberry to read messages but uses outlook to respond. Is there a way to tell BES or the unit to not flag messages in outlook as open when they are read on the handheld.
