On my BlackBerry, I want to be able to send my signature on new emails but not have it displayed on reply emails. Can this be accomplished?
I'm using BES 4.1.4

not sure if it can, although the BES mimics Outlook you can set Outlook to only send on new and not reply. i would try that.?

Tools>option>mail format> signature.

I use the autotext trick for mine. I delete the auto signature and add a signature to auto text.

I.E. add a weird letter combinations to auto text like XX then replace with a signature of you choice.
That way I can have as many signature as I want. All I have to do is type my weird letters at the end of my messages and bam! a signature of my liking posted

hope this helps

its really weird.
Before I did the upgrade to BES 4.1.4, my BlackBerry did not reply with a signature.
After the upgrade, it sends a signature on every reply. The message history just becomes too long.
The fault is not mentioned in the SP 4 known faults. Perhaps this is one to add to the list.
Wonder if anyone else is having the same issues after updating their BES or device firmware.

I'm on BIS so not sure if set-up is different than BES but I just log on to my Tmobile account on the web and go into my email set-up and delete the signature there. Maybe your main BES server has the automatic signature stored there so if you can get your IT person to give you the password, etc....you can make the change there and add your signature manually as 'crazydude' mentions above.
