Default Email bounces sent to original sender, not forwarding account

Hi, someone has a Comcast account configured to forward mail to their Blackberry. When the Blackberry's mailbox is full, delivery failure messages are sent to the original sender of the message instead of the recipient's Comcast account. This causes the sender to wonder whether their message was, or ever will be, received. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks! --Steve

Steve, that is normal routine for a mailbox full message. The forwarding is seamless and the bounce goes back to the sender by design.

You need to delete off your BB account, it sounds like.

Upgrade your blackberry account to BIS 2.3 and its mailbox will never be full again. Problem solved.
