Question Calander short cuts

Please Login to Remove!

I'm a new 8800 user and I'm trying to learn short cuts and I'm having a problem within the calendar function. When I'm in the day view none of the short cuts seem to work (w,m, etc.). They either start a new calendar entry or do nothing if I am in the top part of the screen. I can move around fine in the week or month view but not int he day view. Any idea on what I might be doing wrong?

You need to go to Calendar > Options and set "Enable Quick Entry" to No. Then the shortcuts should work.

tmac, also read Stinsonddog's Tips and Tricks, linked in my sig below. You will find no better guide or tip sheet to help you along with the 8800.

And also great tips on other models as well. I downloaded the 8700c guide and it is fantastic.
