Hi. I hope someone can help me or re-affirm what I already know...

My boss wants to be able to use 6 laptops and a single Blackberry device to check his sync his 2 email accounts and contacts.

we currently have 1 exchange server and 1 bes server. i have each of his 2 emails configured on the bes and setup on separate blackberry devices. his outlooks are configured with 2 separate profiles using exchange client setup. this allows him to fully sync (emails and contacts) his blackberries for each email account on all his outlooks.

now, he wants to consolidate to a single blackberry device while maintaining the ability to sync both emails and contacts.

i know that a single blackberry device can only be activated for one bes account. right?

if this is the case, i would let one of his emails connect via bes, while the other one via pop account. that would mean that i would loose sync of emails and contacts on the 2nd account via bb device, but it would still be synced up throughout all his outlooks via exchange client. is this right?

does anyone else have other suggestions?

Does he really need two Exchange accounts or just two email addresses?
