I am looking at buying another pearl online from ebay. The phones I am looking at are new in box never opened kind of phones. They are almost all unlocked and are tmobile, att or cingular.

My concern is if I buy one on ebay will I get all the blackberry features and warrenty? Mostly features is what I want I want to make sure the email system works, the internet and customer support as well...

Any help or experience on this would be great...

Don't count on them being unlocked.

You also need to make sure they have never been activated on BES or BIS.

Not sure how much tech support you would get from your carrier if you use an unbranded or unlocked phone on someone else's network.

In addition, most carriers will not support warranty exchnge on a device purchased through E-Bay, unless thay are truly out-of-box new (i.e: never been used previously).
