hi all.. i'm new to this forum..and didn't know where to go for help, so if anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it!
Here's my problem: my earphone doesn't work! everytime i receive a phone call, i can't hear the person on the line talking. They can hear me, but i can't hear them. I've been carrying my earpiece around in order for me to talk w/o having to put that person on speaker, and it's really annoying now! please help if anyone knows what's going on! :

You probably need a new earphone. I can't be certain.

Honestly, if it is the OEM earphone that came with the BB, I have about six here, I would send you one, but it would probably be cheaper for you to just go get one.

. . .I think beckimo is referring to the built-in earpiece of the BB . . .

have it replaced by your service provider . . . I assume it's still under warranty . . .
