Nope. Gmail does not have two-way wireless reconciliation. The one-way reconciliation is only from the handheld to the server not from the server to the handheld.
The email is initially pushed, but later can only reconcile in the manner discribed above.
The are rumors that Yahoo mail may have two-way reconciliation o T-Mo's BIS 2.3, but someone will need to confirm that.
Corporate messaging systems (Microsoft Exchange Server, IBM Lotus Domino, Novell Groupwise) inconjunction with a Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES), can have two-way reconciliation of all PIM data (calendar, address book, tasks/todo) and email.
