I have been experiencing delays (around 15 minutes but up to 30 minutes) getting e-mail to my 7290. When the e-mail does arrive on the BB, it comes in as a batch all at once trypically every 15 minutes or so. I use the Mailstreet BES service so the e-mail appears fine and quickly use MS Outlook connecting to their Exchange server. It seems to be working fine early morning and late day. Been happening for over a week now. However, no delay when using my blackberry.net address.
Mailstreet have been pretty good in trying to track down the problem in speaking to Rogers and RIM. However, still no resolution. I'd switch BES providers if I knew that was the problem for sure. But, I am not convinced it is not a Rogers issue.
Anyone else having issues or delays? According to Mailstreet there is another user experiencing the same issues I have been running into. Just wondering if there are more and any suggestings for resolution?
