Default Interesting issue

Hi guys,

I got an interesting issue I hope someone here on the forum knows what I can do.

I got a bes server running here in the US and it is running perfectly good on our Domino platform. I add the users and give them the one time password and they registers perfectly fine. I have a problem with one of my users though, he is in the UK. His BB will not register to the server at all. Anyone know a different way of adding him?

Thanks for your help
Michael

We have had similar issues, although our BES Server is UK based, with users in Aus and US. We have had to revert to a wired activation usng Desktop software. This bypasses the need for Enterprise activation. I am assuming that your UK user is activated for BES rather than BIS.
Cheers
