Default Somewhere in the system question

OK so I talked my wife into trying blackberry with T-Mobile. She was not convinced and so sent back the device and cancelled the service, however now she is getting bounceback messages flooding her e-mail account saying that her mail to [email address] could not be delivered. She actually got over four hundred such messages yesterday which is not helping me to convince her that she needs a BB device as you can imagne Our e-mail server is not forwarding messages to the blackberry account and T-mobile says it is not them...any ideas would be helpful. Is this email being checked on a PC? If so I'd suggest blocking the sender and be done with it. It won't tell you why you're getting the messages but it will stop them.
