Vista + Desktop software

Not having the best luck here installing the desktop software on Vista. UAC is off, and I'm stuck. Just waiting for it to complete the Roxio Media Manager installation. The progress bar hasn't moved for 15 minutes.

Easy fix?

I'm using a 8830 and loaded the desktop software from the CD using Vista Business with no problems. I also converted a video that I had downloaded from iTunes using Roxio then put on the 8830 and worked perfect.

Try getting the newer version of Desktop software from Blackberry.

Downloaded the newest from the site. I just manually blew up the Roxio install, and the rest went fine. Guess it's Roxio that's a bit bugged.
