Please Login to Remove!

I am not able to do this. I deleted my wifes BB messenger and I now cant get it to re load. I have followed the instructions but each time I try to run the application loader it does not show any applications. It only loads a blank file. I am just really frustrated right now. HELP

""4. Plug in the device and open Desktop Manager. Run Application Loader. You should see a list of installed applications with checkboxes next to them. Check the box for "Blackberry Messenger." Then simply hit next, finish, etc. to load the application to the Blackberry. ""

I need to do this too, but in only checking the box for Blackberry Messenger, it then prompts me that i am about to REMOVE everything else. is that correct? ONLY check BBM, and therefore 'remove' everything else? does it really remove it all? Confused, thanks!

No, leave ALL other checkboxes as the are. That reflects what you have currently loaded on your device (those that are checked). You ONLY check the BBMessenger box.

You misread John Clark's #4... it doesn't say "only".

downloaded the application again - it said sucessful but AGAIN the icon is not showing up on my handheld desktop. I even added brickbreaker the game in the same way and that icon even showed, up not BBM! what do i do!

Hi I'm having problems with my bb messenger, I have a couple in my list to which I can't send messages, but I can receive from them, when I send them a message the check mark appears, but their status is unreachable.

I have deleted them, they also have deleted me, I have deleted and installed the bb messenger but still the same problem.
