I have a n00b question to ask.
I couldn't really find this when searching, and I know I should know this by now. How do the notifications for appointments work. Does it sync up with your notifications from your mail server? I am using groupwise. I go into the calendar and open the appointment and set the reminder. That works but is there a way to set it to defaul to say notify you 5 minutes before your appointment without having to manually change each appointment?
