Default Unable to reply to messages on Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I am unable to reply to messages on my Blackberry, however I can successfully send/receive messages. I have tried a hard reset, removing battery, reinstalling Desktop Manager software. When I go to reply to messages, it comes back with an X, failed to send.

Any ideas?

Are they text messages, SMS, or emails? This might help with determining what's wrong.

Open up the X'd out message and see what the message status field in the header says.

Are you on a BES or BWC? If BWC you can only reply from the address that is set up as the primary. For example, I have an two email accounts setup on mine, one Tmobile, and one Optonline (primary). If someone sends to my tmobile I cannot reply, just allows me to save as draft. Hope this helps.
