Default Overseas Travel w/ BB question

Please Login to Remove!

I did a search, but couldnt find any info on this:

Im going to be travelling overseas for a month and will need to use email frequently, but i will rarely if ever need to use my BB's phone. Is there a way to turn the phone off without turning off data?

Any other suggestions while travelling overseas to keep charges down?

btw: i use a 7100r with Rogers.

Just unconditionally forward all your calls to voicemail or whichever number you choose.

This may be the same thing, but what about setting in the profile as do not disturb?

RIM 950 > Nextel 6510 > Nextel 7520 > Cingular 7100 > Cingular 8700 > Cingular 8800 > Cingular 8300
