Default User Limit on BES Server

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know what the user limit is on a BES Server? I know what the documentation states regarding hardware etc. but was looking for some real world numbers. What is the most anyone has heard of/has currently?

The number varies. The #1 variable is mail traffic.

The BES calculation spreadsheet says that I can support 1500 users on my hardware. Because of the DR configuration and heavy mail traffic I know I will max at 800+.

Use this link and click the Performance Benchmarking Guide:

Livelink - Redirection

This will help you determine how many users your hardware can support. The BES can only support a maximum of 2000 users. Any higher requires another BES, it's the limit of the database.
