I have a user whose Exchange mailbox got corrupted. Some of those messages are still on his Blackberry device. He wants to push those BB messages to his Exchange mailbox. I do not think this is possible, but I wanted to consult with the experts.

I have changed the settings on his profile in BES so that Handheld Wins (instead of Mailbox Wins) and asked him to try reconciling. His device still shows Mailbox Wins.

Does anyone know of any way to get the messages on the Blackberry and somehow convert them to messages in an Outlook mailbox?

Thank you! That's what I thought. But it might be more believable to the end user if I can quote someone else. Now I can tell them that it definitely cannot be done.
