she wants to know if the BB can sync with multiple calenders ie; her outlook calendar and her sales teams calendars on each of their computers?

Are the sales team calendars in Outlook also?

yes sir they are

But all the data will be combined. I don't think there is a way to separate it out.

If person A (your user) syncs her BB with outlook make it a two-way sync, her information from her BB and her Outlook will sync back and forth and be indentical.

On her other users computers, she on needs to GET their information, not place her appointedments on their Outlook, make those syncs one-way FROM the Outlook TO the BB. Those calendars will get none of the information from her BB.

She can make all of them two-way sync as long as it doesn't matter what of her personal info gets sent over, and in that case she can use categories for her pesonal info and I don't think that will sync to the other PCs.

This is a job best handled by BES, obviously, as you can see, once the last person is synced, it is time to start again updating the first. Not a good solution to do it this way.

I agree she was just wondering, I think putting them into her outlook and synching then is her best option.

In that case all the other Desktop Manager Sync setups must be made one way, not terribly difficult, but not for the novice user to setup either.

If you are selling it, make sure you cancel your BIS service with your carrier which will release the IMEI and PIN to allow the buyer to set up their email. Just ending the phone service won't do it. Also, if the device was on BES, make sure you remove all of the IT Policies on the device.

Dub, I think EZ was selling a new BB in his "official" capacity with a carrier, not his individual self. I may be wrong, and thus your advice would be wise to do.
