On her other users computers, she on needs to GET their information, not place her appointedments on their Outlook, make those syncs one-way FROM the Outlook TO the BB. Those calendars will get none of the information from her BB.
She can make all of them two-way sync as long as it doesn't matter what of her personal info gets sent over, and in that case she can use categories for her pesonal info and I don't think that will sync to the other PCs.
This is a job best handled by BES, obviously, as you can see, once the last person is synced, it is time to start again updating the first. Not a good solution to do it this way. |
I agree she was just wondering, I think putting them into her outlook and synching then is her best option.
