Default Blackberry vs. Lotus Notes vs. BIS

Please Login to Remove!

Hi!

I need some help.

Someone of our corporate users claims that his Blackberry device have not received a message from an office client, through Lotus Notes and through Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).

Before this (some few days ago), he claimed a message goes directly into his device, but not at the same time in the Inbox of his Lotus Notes client.

Is there anything I could do to avoid this or to track these failed messages?

I know I did not offer much to analyse, but I have only the word of him about it.

Thank you all.

Is "TIM" in your profile the same as T-Mobile? If so, there has been a data outage reported for western states. TMobile Data Services Outage 10/08
