Have you asked the other user to try emailing your blackberry.net address? Can you email that person from the BB and ask them to reply to it?
Yes it's a POP account. It's a direct connection but strangely even when I set a rule to forward everything, those still don't come through. It's a big client so I don't want to irritate them any further than I already have by asking them to use a different address - as it is, I only get their mails when I'm office-bound...
