Default Switched carriers - deleting old carrier email?

Please Login to Remove!

All,

I recently switched from a 7100t on T-Mobile to a 8800 on AT&T. I went through my company's process to switch devices. All of my settings were successfully transferred to my new device, including the t-mobile email address. That address does not show on the Blackberry Internet email setup but does show up in a list of Message Services in the messages app and elsewhere. i can't figure out how to get rid of the t-mobile email address from my AT&T phone. Personal email setup does show that address.

any advice?

Go to options -> advanced options -> service books. Find the TMO address service book, select it and delete it. Save and then do a battery pull!
