Default Issue with Media Player and ID Tags

Please Login to Remove!

Well, I've decided to try and use my 8300 as an mp3 player and I'm putting the songs on via Roxio. I'm using the software to "Get Audio Tags", I then click the "Music ID" button and it puts all the correct info in the dropdown boxes, artist name, song name, album title, etc. Then I link to a pic of the album cover, click the "use MUSIC ID Tags" box and save.

The song transfers to the Berry perfectly, but when I go to the song on the phone, I only get the Song name. Everything else is "Unknown" and there is no album art.

I have an 8300 curve running 4.2.2.173

any ideas?
