i have a bb8800, it is a work phone and we use a bb server. i have it set up to receive my personal email(a hotmail account i have had for 5 years) as well as my work email(desktop) up until recently it worked fine, i was able to send and receive mail with either my work(desktop) or hotmail account, i could view attachments (sent to hotmail address), i could even set different notification tones for both email accounts (it had 2 options in my profiles...one that was "Messages [desktop]" and one that was "Messages [hotmail].
recently somthing happened, and now i receive hotmail messages, BUT my phone does not alert me when i get them (they are just there when i go into my mailbox) and i can not read the whole email, or attachments, i get an error message that says "MORE REQUEST CANNOT BE COMPLETED. SERVICE BOOK INFORMATION NOT FOUND"
please any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Welcome to the forums,
I would go to your BIS site and resend your service books.

Wirelessly posted (8700g: BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

^^ ditto and in addition pull the battery on the BlackBerry while powered to reboot.

Read over "what if my email stopped arriving".
Good luck.
