Default Email suddenly stopped working

My 7130e is not receiving email (has worked fine for about two years). The only event that may be related is that I began using Web.com's webmail tool to retrieve my email via the Internet at a client site. Normally I only retrieve email on my laptop at home, and also on my 7130e. I don't use BES (I don't use a network). My wireless provider is Verizon and email client is Outlook. My email is domain-based (as opposed to being AOL, Yahoo, etc.). The email is working on my laptop and also via Web.com, it's just not working on my BB. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Have you tried a simple reboot and resending service books from the BIS site.

Default Follow-on question about HRT Editor

Hard boot didn't work, so I'm following your steps to register.

How do I know which item to select from HRT Editor? There's a long list of items, and one of them is bolded. Is that the one I select? I don't know what those items represent.

It doesn't really matter. I have been told to do it over the one bolded, but I have done it both ways and it worked. Clicking Register now, I think, does so for all.
