Post Adding Contacts from an E-mail

Please Login to Remove!

I have two 8700c BBs. One the first BB, I can add contacts from an e-mail directly into my Address Book and the name and e-mail fields are automatically filled. On the second BB, I can add contacts from an e-mail, but only the e-mail field is filled. I have to manually enter the name field. How do I configure the second BB so that it will automatically fill the name field when adding a contact to the Address Book?

i have test it on a 8700, and for a first look, it depends on the mail, one time the bb add the mail, @ an other mail, the option is not in so i cant nothing add. i think it depends on the mail from the sender.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

What is the OS on the one that works as opposed to the one that doesn't? I am using the 4.2.1.108 handheld OS on an 8700g and mine just adds the e-mail address.
