1. On my new 8703e BB, how do I get rid of the enterprise icon?

2. How do I change the tune/alerts for SMS and BBM messages? All I can figure out if my phone's ringtone.

1. Highlight over, press ALT + trackwheel click to HIDE.

2. Profiles. Edit.
